This first birthday celebration brought together soft blue, ivory and warm neutral tones with teddy bear and vintage airplane details. From the oversized aviator bear to the tiny wooden plane and ONE letters, every part of the set felt playful, polished and beautifully suited to a milestone session.
Before the cake, we photographed bright solo portraits, sweet sibling moments and relaxed family pictures. Mum, Dad and the children coordinated in cream and warm brown, creating a timeless palette that kept every smile and connection at the centre of the story.
The birthday boy explored his cake in a striped romper, then changed into a smart blue outfit for a final set of portraits. His curious expressions, happy claps and little bursts of personality made the gallery feel joyful from beginning to end.
The session finished with a clean-up splash in the galvanized tub. It is always one of the sweetest parts of a Cake Smash session and a lovely way to capture a few more natural smiles after the celebration.
