Some newborn sessions are simply “cute photos”.. and some become a family heirloom.

As a Calgary newborn photographer, one of the most meaningful parts of my work is welcoming families from different cultural and religious backgrounds, and creating images that feel true to who you are. Your baby’s first days are already sacred.. my job is to photograph them in a way that respects your traditions, your values, and your comfort, while keeping everything in my signature style: simple, clean, and artistic.

Your culture and faith are not “extras”.. they’re part of your family’s identity.

Sometimes that means modest, elegant family portraits where mom feels fully comfortable and represented, including hijab-friendly posing and styling. Sometimes it means incorporating meaningful details (a special blanket, a family heirloom, a symbolic colour, a small accessory, or a tradition you want to honour). Sometimes it simply means making space for what matters to you, without turning the session into something staged or overdone.

The goal is always the same.. photographs that look timeless, and feel personal.
