Soft yellow, matching tartan and sister cuddles
Soft yellow wraps, tiny flowers and a cream heart-shaped prop brought a little sunshine to this newborn session in my Calgary studio. We photographed sleepy moments as well as wide-eyed expressions, keeping the setting light and simple around baby.
For the family portraits, the sisters wore matching green tartan dresses. Big sister held baby close, sat beside the little woven basket and joined Mum for cuddles together. These photographs make space for the whole family, alongside the quiet portraits of baby alone.
